We Commit To

  1. Follow all FMCSA, DOT, state and provincial rules, including hours of service, vehicle inspection, oversize/overweight permits and escort requirements.
  2. Hire and keep only qualified drivers, with complete DQ files and a DOT drug and alcohol testing program.
  3. Inspect equipment before and after every trip and fix defects before the vehicle moves.
  4. Plan every oversize route ahead of time: clearances, bridges, weight limits, seasonal restrictions and weather.
  5. Secure every load to cargo-securement rules and check it during the trip.
  6. Report, investigate and learn from every incident and near-miss.
  7. Give every driver the right to stop or refuse a load or route they believe is unsafe, without penalty.
