How to Pay an Invoice

Every Maxx Transport LLC invoice comes with its own secure payment link. There is no separate payment portal.

Paying your invoice

  1. Open your emailed invoice. Invoices are sent only from an @maxxtransportllc.com email address.
  2. Use the secure payment link on that invoice. Each invoice has its own link, which opens a secure payment page at tofu.com/invoices/….
  3. Check before you pay. If the sender address, the link or the amount looks wrong, call us first at +1 (440) 305-4357.

Payment security

  • We never change bank or remittance details by email, text or phone message.
  • If you are told to pay a new or different account, do not pay. Call +1 (440) 305-4357 to verify.
  • Do not pay from an invoice or link that came from any domain other than @maxxtransportllc.com.

Need a new link?

If you lost the invoice or the payment link has expired, email info@maxxtransportllc.com with your invoice number, or call +1 (440) 305-4357, and we will resend it from our @maxxtransportllc.com address.
