Maxx Transport LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward any fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activity directed at our company, its representatives, drivers, customers, brokers, agents, or operational systems.
Prohibited Conduct
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Fraudulent freight brokerage activity
- Double brokering or unauthorized re-brokering of shipments
- Load board fraud or deceptive load postings
- Payment diversion schemes or altered remittance instructions
- Wire fraud, ACH fraud, or banking impersonation
- Email spoofing, domain spoofing, or phone number impersonation
- Social engineering attempts directed at company personnel or drivers
- Hacking, unauthorized system access, or data scraping
- Identity impersonation of Maxx Transport LLC, its MC/DOT authority, or its employees
- Fraudulent Carrier411 / FreightGuard reports, malicious claims, or knowingly false representations
- Misrepresentation of authority, rate confirmations, insurance status, or contractual capacity
- Any attempt to unlawfully interfere with or damage our business reputation, operations, or contractual relationships
All communications, website interactions, load negotiations, electronic signatures, IP addresses, email headers, and transactional records are actively monitored, logged, preserved, and traceable for evidentiary and enforcement purposes.
Enforcement Actions
Any individual or entity engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any of the above conduct will be subject to immediate legal action, including but not limited to:
- Civil litigation for fraud, tortious interference, defamation, and financial damages
- Criminal referral to federal and state law enforcement agencies
- Formal complaints to FMCSA, USDOT, state Attorneys General, and applicable regulatory bodies
- Recovery of all direct damages, consequential losses, investigative expenses, attorney’s fees, and punitive damages where permitted by law
- Immediate termination of all negotiations, contracts, or business dealings
Maxx Transport LLC will pursue enforcement actions to the maximum extent permitted under all applicable federal and state statutes governing interstate commerce, transportation fraud, wire fraud, cyber intrusion, identity theft, and deceptive trade practices.
Authority & Representation
No broker, agent, dispatcher, factoring company, or third party is authorized to represent, bind, speak on behalf of, or issue instructions for Maxx Transport LLC unless such authority is expressly confirmed in a written agreement executed by an authorized officer of the company.
Any attempt to impersonate Maxx Transport LLC, misuse our MC/DOT authority, submit false Carrier411 or similar database reports, reroute payments, alter wiring instructions, or otherwise interfere with our lawful operations will be treated as intentional fraud and referred for prosecution.
Acknowledgment
By accessing this website, communicating with our company, or engaging in any business transaction, you acknowledge that all fraudulent conduct, misrepresentation, cyber intrusion, or impersonation attempts will be documented and aggressively prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law without further notice.
Maxx Transport LLC expressly reserves the right to pursue immediate injunctive relief, asset tracing, and emergency legal remedies against any party engaging in freight fraud, double brokering, payment spoofing, Carrier411 abuse, identity impersonation, or cyber intrusion affecting our operations, customers, or contractual relationships. Jurisdiction and venue may be asserted in any state or federal court where harm occurs or business impact is realized.
