Driver Qualification (DQ) Program
Every Maxx driver has a complete, current Driver Qualification file, as FMCSA requires (49 CFR Part 391). We manage DQ files securely in the New Era Titans system, so documents are stored in one place and renewals do not slip.
What Goes in Your DQ File
- Your employment application
- Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and annual review
- Safety performance history from previous employers
- DOT medical examiner's certificate
- Drug and alcohol testing records and Clearinghouse queries
- Road test certificate or equivalent
What We Ask of You
- Keep your medical card, license and endorsements current. The system sends reminders before documents expire.
- Upload renewals through your driver account. Do not email license or medical card photos.
- Tell us right away about any license change, violation or medical restriction.
